Terms & Conditions for j0ya 9 Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only — not as a representative of any business, syndicate, or betting organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of j0ya 9 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order on j0ya 9 or any other gaming platform that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of any third party.
• Your use of the j0ya 9 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

j0ya 9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction. Any winnings accumulated by an ineligible player — including an underage player — will be forfeited and returned to the player's deposit balance only (excluding any winnings).

Geographic Restrictions

The j0ya 9 platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal liability. j0ya 9 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction other than the market for which the platform was designed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of j0ya 9 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of j0ya 9 services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the j0ya 9 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover that you hold duplicate accounts, you must contact j0ya 9 support immediately to request closure of the additional account.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and subsequently maintained on your account is accurate and up to date. j0ya 9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You must notify j0ya 9 immediately if any of your registered details change, particularly your contact details or payment information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your j0ya 9 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. j0ya 9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify j0ya 9 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

KYC Verification

j0ya 9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its anti-money-laundering and age-verification obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time j0ya 9 deems necessary:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account, bank statement, or card front)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended and pending withdrawals being held until verification is completed.

• j0ya 9 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• j0ya 9 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your registered j0ya 9 account and was previously used to deposit funds.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 5) and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• j0ya 9 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether standard KYC has been completed.
• Withdrawals of winnings generated from funds deposited via a method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent or unauthorised will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

j0ya 9 periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and special event offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is advertised.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• j0ya 9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing qualifying conditions already met by a player will be honoured.
• j0ya 9 reserves the right to refuse the award of any bonus or to withhold the payment of any winnings derived from a bonus where it reasonably believes that the promotion is being abused, manipulated, or exploited.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your j0ya 9 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a cumulative total of ৳10,000 in eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, not to any separately deposited real-money balance unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games on j0ya 9 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bets placed below the minimum eligible stake stated in the promotion terms will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements, unless the promotion terms explicitly allow partial withdrawal.

Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

These promotions carry their own specific terms and are made available to eligible registered players during the applicable event window. 6. User Obligations

By registering and using the j0ya 9 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep your account details current throughout the life of your account.
• You will use the j0ya 9 platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and will not use it in connection with any commercial gambling operation, professional betting syndicate, or any other organised scheme to exploit the platform commercially.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j0ya 9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in the matter being referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with j0ya 9 support.

• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any scheme to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the outcome of any match or event offered for betting on j0ya 9.
• Money Laundering: Using the j0ya 9 platform to launder, transfer, conceal, or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit casino mechanics, or artificially influence the outcome of any wager.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been legitimately deposited and used on the platform.
• Technical Exploitation: Using any software bug, glitch, error, or unintended platform behaviour to gain a financial advantage over j0ya 9 or other players.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing another person to access or use your j0ya 9 account, or accessing or using another person's j0ya 9 account.

Where j0ya 9 determines that a prohibited activity has occurred, it reserves the right to void all related bets and transactions, forfeit all balances associated with the account, and permanently ban the account holder from the platform. j0ya 9 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation related to prohibited activities conducted through its platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by j0ya 9

j0ya 9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request
• Suspected underage gambling pending age verification
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension
• Technical security concerns, including suspected unauthorised access to the account

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from suspected prohibited activity) will be held securely and returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your j0ya 9 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method provided all withdrawal conditions are met. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. j0ya 9 will attempt to notify you via your registered contact method before declaring an account dormant. A monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. j0ya 9 will cease charging inactivity fees once the account balance reaches zero.

9. Limitation of Liability

j0ya 9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j0ya 9 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balance displays resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension resulting from a breach
• Any third-party service outages — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking network downtime — that affect the processing of deposits or withdrawals
• Any content or activity on third-party websites linked to or from the j0ya 9 platform

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit j0ya 9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. j0ya 9 operates its platform for the Bangladesh market and applies standards consistent with internationally recognised online gaming best practice.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your j0ya 9 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with j0ya 9 support, you may request escalation to a senior review. j0ya 9 is committed to resolving all genuine player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Amendments to These Terms

j0ya 9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact method or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the j0ya 9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms & Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and j0ya 9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
